This Privacy Policy describes how the WHVease Chrome extension (paid & free editions) and the whvease.com website handle your data. This policy applies to:
The Chrome extensions store data only on your own device.
chrome.storage.local in your browser. This data never leaves your device. We have no server that receives it.onlineservices.immigration.govt.nz/workingholiday/*) WHV application page, in order to enable the "fill this page" button. Nothing. The extension does not share your data with any third party. It does not communicate with whvease.com servers in normal operation. The paid edition's optional "edge server" feature (Sydney AWS) only proxies the final immigration form submission you initiate — and only the form fields the immigration website itself receives.
If you contact us via the customer-support widget on whvease.com or by email to customersupport@whvease.com, we receive the email address and message you provide. We use them only to reply to you. We do not add you to any marketing list and do not share these details.

The free edition does not request scripting, alarms,
or notifications. It only uses storage, tabs, and the
INZ host permission.
The Working Holiday Visa is for applicants aged 18 to 30 (35 in some cases). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Because form data lives only on your device, you can erase it at any time by removing the
extension or by clearing the extension's storage from chrome://extensions. We do
not retain form data on any server because we do not have it.
If we change this policy, we will update the "Effective" date at the top of this page and, if the change is material, post a notice on whvease.com.
